B'nei Mitzvah tutoring
I love to work one-on-one with students, either in person or over Zoom, to help them prepare for this major life-cycle event. I have worked with a wide variety of learning styles and "neuro-spicy" kids, customizing what they will learn and working the way THEY need to learn. I work mostly with non-affiliated families, whose every-day connection to organized religion may be light but whose commitment to Jewish continuity is strong.
Life Cycle Event Officiant
It has been my great privilege and honor to lead the services for many a b'nei mitzvah, wedding, baby naming, funeral, and unveiling. I work with each family to customize their service and meet the needs of their family and guests while staying true to the tenets of Judaism.While I consider myself Conservative, I work with families at all levels of practice.
Siddur Customization
How can you have a bar or bat mitzvah without a siddur?! I create custom siddurim, including Hebrew, English, and Transliteration, to bring order (the meaning of the Hebrew root ס-ד-ר S-D-R) to the service.

Desktop Publishing, Editing and Creating
I can help with a wide variety of desktop publishing needs, creating Social Media posts or much longer documents. Book editing, photo book design, and other documents are my specialty.
Tallit Creation
Create a custom, meaningful tallit (prayer shawl) and learn how to tie the tzitzit (corner fringes) yourself.
